How often should I floss and get professional cleanings done?
You have the option of drugstore mouth guards which are boiled and molded to your teeth at home or we can make custom mouth guards. We strongly suggest you opt to have custom mouths guards made as the drugstore mouth guards often do not fit your teeth properly eliminating their effectiveness.
I snore when I am sleeping what causes this?
Snoring is the result of the tongue falling back and blocking your airways for short periods while sleeping. This is often a symptom of sleep apnea. Snoring can often be cured by use of a dental appliance or through neuromuscular dentistry.
