Is This The Right Solution For You?

If you're tired of working around your teeth instead of with them.

Most of our implant patients aren't first-timers. They've tried bridges that failed, dentures that slipped, or they've been told they don't have enough bone. The conversation usually starts in one of three places.

One tooth gone, and you don't want to grind down the ones next to it.

A single implant replaces just the missing tooth — your healthy neighbors stay untouched. It looks and chews like your own.

A few teeth missing, and a partial denture isn't holding up.

Two or three implants can carry a fixed bridge — no clasps, no removal, no slipping at dinner.

Most of your teeth are failing, and you're ready to be done with it.

A full arch on four, six, or eight implants gives you a complete set of fixed teeth — depending on your anatomy, bone, and bite. Often completed in a single day.

Our Customized Approach · Under One Roof

Every step of your implant journey happens in our office.

No mailing impressions to an outside lab. No referring the surgical part to another office. No subcontracted consultants designing your prosthesis from a stock template. The 3D scan, the surgical plan, the implant placement, the framework, the final teeth — all of it is done in one building, by one team that has worked together for years.

Six stations, one office.

Final teeth fittedAdjustments in real time
  • One team accountable from first scan to final smile The surgeon who places your implants is the same person who reviews the framework that goes on top.
  • A simpler chain of accountability No external transfers, no third-party hand-offs, no waiting on someone else's timeline.
  • Faster turnaround between stages No waiting weeks for lab work to come back from a third party. Adjustments happen in real time at your appointment.
Our Customized Approach · Built On Titanium

Your custom titanium framework is designed and milled in our own lab — your case never leaves the building.

For full-arch cases (All-on-4, All-on-6, or All-on-8), the structural "skeleton" of your new teeth is CNC-machined from a single block of medical-grade titanium — designed from your 3D CBCT scan, milled in our on-site CAD/CAM lab, and finished by the same team that placed your implants. No outside lab. No outside designer. No outside hands on your prosthesis.

  • One-piece milled titanium Not cast (which can have voids), not a metal bar embedded in acrylic.
  • Designed to preserve as much of your natural jaw bone as your case allows A thinner, stronger framework can mean less ridge reduction is required to make room for the prosthesis.
  • An exact fit on your implants How precisely the framework sits on your implants — without strain, twist, or pressure — is consistently identified as the single biggest factor in long-term implant success.
  • Repairable Individual teeth can be replaced without remaking the framework — your investment is designed to last.
Every patient's anatomy is different. The specific design of your framework and the amount of bone work involved is determined during your consultation, based on your 3D scan.

The Process

From your first call to your final smile.

Here's exactly what happens, in order, when you choose implants at Vitality.

1

Complimentary initial consultation Day 1 · 60 min

You meet Dr. Singh in person. We take a 3D CBCT scan of your jaw and existing teeth, perform a clinical exam, and review your medical history. You leave with a clear picture of what's possible — single tooth, bridge, or full arch — and what it would cost.

2

Custom surgical plan Week 1–2

Using your 3D scan, Dr. Singh designs your surgical plan in computer-guided software — exact implant positions, angles, and depths planned to the millimetre. For full-arch cases, the framework design begins here. We review the plan with you and answer questions before booking surgery.

3

Implant placement Surgery day · 2–4 hrs

Performed in our in-house surgical suite under local anaesthetic or IV sedation (your choice). For full-arch cases, we typically place a temporary bridge the same day — you leave with teeth. For single or multiple implants, you may receive a temporary restoration depending on the case.

4

Healing & integration 3–6 months

Osseointegration happens — the bone bonds permanently to the implants. You'll wear your temporary restoration, follow a soft-food diet for the first weeks, and attend a few short follow-up visits so we can monitor healing.

5

Framework milling & final teeth Once healed

For full-arch cases, your custom titanium framework is milled in our on-site lab, and the final teeth are bonded onto it. We do the try-in, make any adjustments at the chair, and fit your final prosthesis. You walk out with your permanent smile.

6

Lifetime follow-up Ongoing

Yearly checkups, professional cleanings around the implants, and any adjustments. Because the framework is repairable, individual teeth can be replaced without remaking the whole prosthesis.

Implant Options

One tooth, a few teeth, or all of them.

We handle the full spectrum of implant cases. The right solution depends on how many teeth you're replacing, your bone volume, and your bite.

Single Tooth

Single Implant

Replaces one missing tooth without touching the healthy ones next to it. Looks and chews like your own.

  • Implants: 1
  • Restoration: Single crown
  • Typical timeline: 3–6 months
Multiple Teeth

Implant Bridge

Two or three implants supporting a fixed bridge for two, three, or four adjacent missing teeth.

  • Implants: 2–3
  • Restoration: Fixed bridge
  • Typical timeline: 4–6 months

Common Questions

Frequently asked.

Am I a candidate for dental implants?
Most adults with missing teeth are candidates. Even patients who have been told they lack sufficient bone may qualify after bone grafting or a sinus lift. The only way to know for certain is a consultation, which we provide complimentary for new implant patients.
What's the difference between All-on-4, All-on-6, and All-on-8?
It's the number of implants supporting a full arch. All-on-4 uses four implants and is often sufficient when bone quality is good. All-on-6 and All-on-8 add more implants for additional support — typically considered when the bite force is heavy, the bone quality is variable, or the case needs added stability. The right number for you depends on your 3D scan and Dr. Singh's clinical judgment.
How long do dental implants last?
Implants are designed to last a lifetime. With proper care — brushing, flossing, and regular dental visits — they often outlast natural teeth. The custom-milled titanium framework on full-arch cases is built to last as long as the implants supporting it; individual teeth can be replaced without remaking the framework.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on the number of implants, type of restoration, and whether preparatory procedures are needed. We provide transparent pricing and flexible financing options during your consultation — there are no hidden fees.
Will it hurt?
Implant placement is typically done under local anaesthetic, and most patients report less discomfort than a routine extraction. For anxious patients or complex full-arch cases, Dr. Steven Ing — our on-staff dental anesthesiologist — provides IV sedation so you sleep through the procedure.
How long is recovery?
Most patients return to normal activities within a day or two of placement. Full integration takes three to six months, during which a provisional restoration maintains your appearance and function.
