Same-day appointments are often available, and emergency care is provided. Call ahead where you can so we can prepare for you.
What happens at your first visit
A thorough examination
We assess every tooth, your gums, your bite, and your soft tissues — not only the tooth that brought you in.
Full mouth radiographs
Complete imaging shows what an examination alone cannot: bone levels, decay between teeth, and problems below the gumline.
Dental history review
We go through your past treatment, medications, and any concerns or anxieties, because these shape which approach is right for you.
Personalised treatment planning
You leave understanding what we found and what your options are, with benefits, limitations, costs, and timelines for each.
Plan for 60 to 90 minutes
Initial appointments typically run an hour to an hour and a half. That is deliberate — it is enough time to examine properly, image properly, and then actually talk through what we found.
Our team speaks more than twelve languages between them, so you can discuss your care in the language you are most comfortable in.
