Straighten your smile invisibly
Custom Invisalign aligners fitted by specialist orthodontist Dr. Julien Kim — removable, comfortable, and virtually undetectable in daily life.
How it works
Invisalign uses custom-fabricated, nearly invisible clear aligners to move teeth gradually into position. Unlike fixed braces, they come out — for eating, for brushing, and for the occasional photograph.
The process begins with digital imaging of your teeth and bite. Dr. Kim then builds a precise 3D treatment plan mapping every stage of movement, and that blueprint is used to fabricate your aligners, each one slightly different from the last.
You wear each set for about two weeks before moving to the next. Gentle, continuous pressure guides the teeth predictably. Most patients complete treatment in twelve to eighteen months, and simpler cases can finish in as little as six.
Why patients choose aligners
For Professionals
No visible hardware through months of meetings and photographs. For many adults this is the difference between having treatment and continuing to put it off.
For Teens
Virtually invisible during school and social activities, and considerably easier to keep clean than fixed brackets during a high-risk period for decay.
No Dietary Restrictions
Because aligners are removable, you eat, drink, brush, and floss normally. Nothing is off the menu for a year and a half.
What Invisalign treats — and its limits
The system handles crowding, spacing, crossbites, underbites, and overbites, and Dr. Kim customises each plan to the individual case.
It is not right for everything. Severe skeletal discrepancies and certain complex movements are still handled better by fixed braces, and where that is true we will say so rather than starting an aligner case that cannot finish well.
Compliance matters more than with braces. Aligners work when worn twenty to twenty-two hours a day. Left in a drawer, they do nothing.
