Dentistry at Vitality Health has provided continuous care for our Markham families and community since 1985. We are located on Highway 7 East near Kennedy Road, with free parking, and we see patients from Unionville, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, and all across Toronto.

4792 Highway 7 E, Markham, ON L3R 1M8. We are on the north side of Highway 7, a short drive from Markville Mall and from Highway 407. There is parking on site, and the practice is on one level with step-free access from the car park.

What we do here
We handle routine and complex dental care in one building, which means most people do not need to be sent elsewhere partway through treatment.
- Check-ups, cleanings and fillings. The ordinary care most people come in for.
- Dental implants and full-arch treatment. We plan these with a CBCT scan, which is a three-dimensional dental X-ray, and a surgical guide made in our own lab on site. Dr. Singh is a general dentist who provides implant services, and has been placing implants for over 27 years.
- Veneers, crowns and bridges, many of them designed and milled in our in-house digital lab.
- Braces and clear aligners. Orthodontic treatment is provided by Dr. Julien Kim, a registered specialist in orthodontics.
- Complex extractions and sinus lift surgery, performed by Dr. Claudio Tocchio, a registered specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Our own laboratory
We run a digital dental laboratory in the practice, with CAD/CAM design, 3D printing and CBCT imaging. In practical terms that usually means fewer appointments and less waiting between stages, because the work does not have to travel to an outside lab and back.
Coming to us from elsewhere in Markham
Markham is a large city and Highway 7 runs through the middle of it. If you are coming from Unionville, we are about five minutes east. From Markham Village, take Highway 7 west. From Milliken or Middlefield, Kennedy Road runs straight up to us.
Fees and insurance
We will go through the cost of any treatment with you before it starts, in writing, so you know the full amount rather than a starting figure. We submit insurance claims electronically and we accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan. More on the CDCP at our practice.
