3D CBCT Scan
Where needed, a cone-beam scan assesses bone volume and anatomy in three dimensions. This is what determines whether an implant can be placed directly or whether grafting is required first.

Told elsewhere that you do not qualify?
Many patients who have been told they are not candidates for implants turn out to be candidates after all. Insufficient bone is the most common reason given — and bone grafting, sinus lifts, and ridge augmentation can frequently rebuild what is missing.
A 3D scan shows precisely what preparation would be needed. It is worth a second opinion before accepting that implants are off the table for you.
Beyond implants
If implants turn out not to be the right answer for you, we will say so. The practice also provides cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, restorative work, and IV sedation dentistry, and the consultation may well end with a recommendation from a different part of that range.
