Dentistry at Vitality Health is proud to be among the early adopters of a fully integrated, in-house digital dental laboratory in Canada. This dedicated facility is supported by a skilled dental technologist and allows us to bring together innovation, precision, and clinical expertise under one roof. By merging advanced digital tools with years of hands-on experience, we aim to deliver high-quality, long-lasting dental solutions tailored to each patient’s needs. Our streamlined digital workflows support faster communication and customization—reducing turnaround times for restorations and improving treatment coordination.

Our lab supports every phase of implant and restorative dentistry, including 3D digital CT imaging, guided implant planning, digital crown and veneer fabrication, and the production of implant-supported restorations. This integrated system eliminates the delays and guesswork associated with traditional outsourcing.

Scan. Design. Mill. Customize.

Our digital workflow is built for precision. Each stage—from scanning to milling—is executed with accuracy measured in microns. To offer perspective, a single human hair is approximately 75–100 microns thick. By contrast, digital systems operate at levels of detail so fine that they surpass conventional techniques, which involve multiple manual steps prone to minor deviations. This enhanced accuracy supports better-fitting restorations and overall improved patient outcomes.

In-House Digital Equipment

High-Performance Digital Mill

Our advanced milling unit fabricates a range of restorations—including dentures, crowns, implant abutments, and surgical guides. It supports both wet and dry processing, offering flexibility and speed without compromising quality. By producing these solutions on-site, we eliminate the need for external labs, resulting in faster turnaround and better control over the final results.

Stratasys E260 3D Printer

This powerful device prints dental appliances using a combination of five specialized resins. It enables the creation of computer-guided surgical templates, custom mouthguards, diagnostic models, and other prototypes with reliable detail and durability.

Einstein™ 3D Printer

Engineered for precision and speed, our Einstein™ printer uses NanoFit 385 technology with up to 4K resolution. Combined with HyperPrint™ software, it allows us to fabricate surgical guides or temporary restorations in as little as 20 minutes—helping patients progress through treatment more efficiently.

Added Features for Greater Accuracy and Comfort

  • Shading & Staining Studio: Designed with lighting that mimics natural daylight, this dedicated room enables ideal shade matching for crowns, veneers, and implants. Final esthetic restorations can be adjusted in real time to ensure seamless integration with the patient’s natural smile.
  • Same-Day Adjustments: Whether it’s fine-tuning a bite, modifying shape or shade, or addressing minor concerns during placement, our team can make most corrections on the spot. This helps avoid multiple follow-up appointments and enhances patient satisfaction.

With our digital dental lab, we offer more than just technology—we offer personalized care, precision-driven dentistry, and an efficient, patient-centered experience all in one place.
