Implant restorations
The visible part of your implant — custom crowns, bridges, and full-arch prosthetics, designed and milled in our own lab, often the same day.
The implant is the foundation; the restoration is what you actually see and chew with. Getting it right means precision of fit, correct bite alignment, and an appearance that does not announce itself as dental work.
Because our milling happens in-house, we control all three directly rather than posting impressions to an outside lab and hoping.
Three types of restoration
Single Crown
One crown on one implant, replacing a single missing tooth. Shade, shape, and translucency are matched to the teeth beside it.
Implant Bridge
Two to four consecutive missing teeth restored with a bridge carried on one or more implants, rather than one implant per tooth.
Full-Arch Prosthetics
All-on-4 or All-on-6 prosthetics replacing an entire arch, engineered for the load distribution that four or six anchor points allow.
Material options
Zirconia
White, metal-free, extremely durable, and hypoallergenic. The default choice where strength is the priority.
Porcelain
Superior esthetics with excellent colour-matching, particularly where the restoration sits in the visible smile zone.
Hybrid
Combines a zirconia core for strength with a porcelain surface for appearance — the usual answer when a case needs both.
Common questions
How long do implant restorations last? +
Fifteen to twenty years or more with proper care. The implant beneath is designed to be permanent; the restoration is the component that eventually wears.
Can I get my crown the same day? +
In most cases, yes. Our in-house milling produces the restoration while you are here, which removes both the temporary crown and the second appointment.
What if it needs adjusting? +
Adjustments are made in-house. There is no sending it away and waiting, which is one of the practical advantages of having the lab in the building.
Does insurance cover restorations? +
Typically around 50 percent, though it varies by plan. We verify your coverage and submit claims electronically before treatment begins.
How do I care for them? +
Exactly as you would natural teeth — brushing, flossing or interdental brushes, and regular professional cleanings.
