Teeth in a day
Full-arch implants and provisional teeth in a single day — computer-guided placement, an in-house digital lab, and IV sedation throughout.
Same-day implants sound like a shortcut. They are not. The speed comes entirely from work done before you arrive — the imaging, the digital design, the surgical guide, and the provisional teeth all exist before the first incision.
What happens on the day is the execution of a plan that has already been checked and approved, including by you.
The five phases
Pre-Op Planning
High-resolution 3D imaging captures your jaw anatomy. Our CAD team designs the exact implant positions and produces a custom surgical guide. Provisional teeth are digitally designed and shown to you for approval before surgery.
Surgical Day
A board-certified anaesthesiologist administers IV sedation. Remaining teeth are removed and four to six implants placed using the pre-fabricated guide, with bone grafting to reinforce areas of lower density. Surgery takes roughly two to three hours.
Same-Day Lab Work
Teeth are milled from high-quality, tooth-coloured acrylic resin and individually tinted to your chosen shade. Our in-house lab adjusts them to the implant positions actually achieved in surgery.
Same-Day Restoration
The provisional teeth are secured to the implants, bite alignment and appearance verified and adjusted, and you leave wearing functional teeth with post-operative instructions.
Recovery & Permanent Restoration
Over four to six months the bone fuses to the implants. Follow-ups at one week, one month, and three months. Once healing is complete, the provisionals are replaced with custom porcelain restorations.
Why it works here
Expertise
Dr. Raj Singh and Dr. Claudio Tocchio have placed over 20,000 implants between them, and have provided same-day restoration in this practice for years.
Technology
3D imaging, CAD design, custom surgical guides, and an integrated in-house lab — the combination is what makes same-day delivery possible at all.
Comfort
A board-certified anaesthesiologist provides IV sedation throughout, which matters when the procedure runs to three hours.
Ongoing Maintenance
Regular review appointments keep the arch stable, catch wear on the prosthesis early, and monitor the bone around each implant over the years that follow.
