Implant Dentistry
A complete new smile with as few as four implants
All-on-4 replaces a full arch using four strategically positioned implants — fixed, stable, and restoring full chewing function. Many patients qualify even with moderate bone loss.
How treatment runs
3D CBCT planning
A cone-beam scan maps your bone, sinuses, and nerve position. Implant angles are chosen digitally to make the most of the bone you already have — which is what allows four implants to do the work of many more.
Surgery, two to four hours
Placement is carried out under IV sedation with our staff dental anaesthesiologist. Computer-guided precision transfers the digital plan directly to your mouth.
Same-day temporary prosthesis
A provisional arch is fitted the same day, so in the great majority of cases you leave with fixed teeth in place.
Permanent restoration, three to six months on
Once the implants have integrated, the final prosthesis is designed and fabricated in our in-house digital lab and fitted.
Why patients choose it here
Computer-Guided Precision
Every implant position is planned before surgery and transferred with a surgical guide, rather than judged freehand on the day.
In-House Digital Lab
Prosthetics are designed and made on-site, which shortens the timeline and keeps quality control in the building.
IV Sedation On Staff
Dr. Stephen Ing is a board-certified dental anaesthesiologist, so sedation is managed by the same person every time.
Multidisciplinary Coordination
Surgery, prosthetics, and sedation are planned together by clinicians who work in the same practice.
What it costs, and how long it lasts
All-on-4 typically ranges from $18,000 to $25,000 per arch. That figure covers the implants, the surgery, the provisional teeth, and the final prosthesis — we itemise it at consultation so you can see where the money goes.
With proper care, a well-placed All-on-4 arch lasts twenty to thirty years or more. The prosthesis on top may need adjustment or replacement within that period; the implants themselves are designed to be permanent.
Where bone volume is genuinely insufficient, grafting can build the foundation first. Most medical conditions do not disqualify you, though we may coordinate with your physician.
