How long until I get it? +
One to two weeks from scan to fitting.
How do I care for it? +
Rinse after each use, brush gently with a soft brush and cool water — not hot, which distorts the material — and store it dry in its case.
Will I be able to sleep with it? +
Most people adapt within a week. It feels strange for the first few nights and then becomes unremarkable.
Can I have one with braces? +
Yes. Guards can be made to fit around fixed appliances, and a sports guard is essential if you are playing contact sport in braces.
