A complete fixed arch — anchored by just 4 to 6 implants.

Full-arch implants replace every tooth in an upper or lower arch with a fixed, non-removable bridge supported by 4–6 dental implants. Unlike a conventional denture, the bridge is permanently attached — it does not come out, does not slip, and does not require adhesives.

The All-on-4 technique uses four strategically angled implants to maximise contact with available bone, often eliminating the need for bone grafting. All-on-6 adds two additional implants for greater stability and is preferred for patients with higher bite forces or wider arches.

All-on-4

Four implants per arch — two placed vertically at the front and two angled at the back to maximise bone contact. The angled placement often avoids the need for bone grafting, making it suitable for patients with moderate bone loss. A fixed bridge is attached the same day in many cases.

All-on-6

Consultation + 3D scan

A complimentary consultation includes a 3D CBCT scan, where appropriate, to assess bone volume and determine whether All-on-4 or All-on-6 is appropriate.

Treatment planning

Computer-guided surgical planning maps the exact implant positions in 3D before surgery begins.

Surgery + same-day teeth

Implants are placed under IV sedation or local anaesthetic. A temporary fixed bridge is often attached the same day.

Healing period

Over 3–6 months the implants integrate with the bone. The temporary bridge allows normal eating and speaking during this time.

Final bridge placement

The permanent porcelain or zirconia bridge is fabricated, fitted, and adjusted for a precise bite and natural appearance.

Am I a candidate for full-arch implants?

Most adults with failing or missing teeth in a full arch are candidates. Adequate bone volume is needed to support 4–6 implants; bone grafting can address deficiencies in many cases. Medical conditions affecting healing (uncontrolled diabetes, active cancer treatment) may affect candidacy. Where a 3D CBCT scan is appropriate, it will determine your suitability.

Can I really get teeth the same day?

In many cases, yes. Same-day teeth (immediate loading) is possible when the implants achieve sufficient primary stability at placement. A temporary fixed bridge is attached the same day. The final permanent bridge is placed after osseointegration is complete, typically 3–6 months later.

What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?
