What In-House Fabrication Means for Your Care
Speed. Same-day restorations are possible because fabrication happens here. A CEREC crown can be designed, milled, and fitted in a single appointment. Implant provisionals are produced the day implants are placed. Full-arch prosthetics are fabricated on-site rather than outsourced.
Quality control. When the lab technologist and dentist are part of the same team, standards are shared. Colour matching, fit, contour, and bite accuracy are verified collaboratively — not communicated through written instructions to an external facility.

Understanding the process and benefits
Most crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and prosthetics are fabricated in-house. Your dentist will discuss whether same-day placement is appropriate for your specific case.
From preparation to bonded placement, typically about 90 minutes. The intraoral scan, digital design, milling, and fitting all happen in a single visit.
Our lab technologist works directly with your treating dentist, ensuring real-time collaboration on design, fit, and finish. Standards are verified collaboratively rather than communicated through written specs to a distant facility.
