The Crown Jewel of Your Implant

Implant Restorations

Custom Crowns, Bridges & Full-Arch Prosthetics

The implant fixture is only half the solution. The restoration—the crown or denture you see and bite with—must be perfectly designed, fabricated, and fit. Our in-house CAD/CAM lab mills restorations while you wait, ensuring precision fit, optimal bite, and a smile that looks completely natural.

Precision Fabrication

Your Restoration, Perfected In-House

After your implant integrates with bone (typically 3–6 months), the restoration phase begins. We take a digital impression of your implant site, design your crown or denture in our CAD software, and mill it from your choice of materials.

Unlike labs that take 2–3 weeks, our in-house milling happens the same day. This means fewer appointments, faster results, and the ability to make adjustments immediately. You'll be able to bite, chew, and smile with confidence right away.

Implant Crown

Replace a single missing tooth with a crown that sits on your implant. Looks, feels, and functions like your natural tooth. No impact on neighboring teeth. Choose from zirconia (strongest), porcelain (most natural), or hybrid materials.

Explore Single Crowns

Implant Bridge

Replace 2–4 consecutive missing teeth with a bridge supported by one or more implants. More affordable than individual implant crowns for multiple teeth. Fixed, non-removable restoration that feels natural.

Explore Bridges

Implant-Supported Prosthetic

Replace an entire upper or lower arch with a fixed prosthetic (all-on-4, all-on-6) or removable denture supported by implants. Dramatically improves stability, retention, and function compared to traditional dentures.

Choose Your Material

Zirconia

Zirconia crowns are white, metal-free, and highly durable—stronger than porcelain and resistant to chipping.

The white color allows excellent light transmission, creating a natural appearance that blends seamlessly with adjacent teeth.

Zirconia is hypoallergenic and biocompatible, ideal for patients with metal sensitivities.

At Vitality, we use premium zirconia formulations that balance strength with aesthetic properties.

Porcelain

Porcelain restorations offer exceptional esthetics with unmatched translucency and color-matching capabilities.

However, porcelain is more brittle than zirconia and may chip with excessive force or impact.

Porcelain crowns are typically layered over a substructure (metal or zirconia) for added strength.

For front teeth where esthetics are paramount, porcelain provides the most natural appearance available.

Hybrid (Zirconia-Porcelain)

Hybrid restorations combine zirconia substructure for strength with porcelain layering for superior esthetics.

This combination provides the durability of zirconia with the color-matching capabilities of porcelain.

Hybrid designs offer an ideal balance for patients wanting both strength and maximum esthetic appeal.

Our in-house lab can create custom hybrid restorations that meet your specific needs.

Common Questions

Implant Restoration FAQs

With proper care, implant crowns and bridges last 15–20+ years. Some patients have restorations lasting 25+ years. Regular brushing, flossing, and professional cleanings are essential.

Yes! If your implant is already integrated and we're fabricating the crown, our in-house lab can mill it while you wait. Walk in, get scanned, walk out with your crown (in most cases).

We adjust it immediately in-house. Having the lab on-site means no waiting for re-makes. We'll refine the fit until you're completely comfortable.

Many plans cover 50% of implant restoration costs, similar to crown coverage. Coverage varies. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about your benefits, and we're happy to discuss financing.

Treat it like a natural tooth. Brush twice daily, floss daily, and visit us every 6 months for professional cleaning. Avoid chewing very hard objects.
