Step 1: Digital Scan
A same-day crown is prepared, designed, milled, and placed in a single appointment using our in-house CAD/CAM system.
Our intraoral scanner captures a digital impression of your tooth with microscopic accuracy. This data is instantly sent to our milling machine.
Digital scanning is faster and more comfortable than traditional impression trays, eliminating the gag reflex many patients experience.

Step 2: Digital Design
Using specialized software, Dr. Raj Singh designs your custom crown on screen, adjusting shape, contour, and contact points.
The design is compared against your natural teeth to ensure color match, size proportions, and natural appearance.
You can see a preview of your restoration before milling begins, ensuring your expectations align with the design.
This digital design process adds precision that traditional lab fabrication cannot match.
Step 3: CAM Milling
Our in-house CAD/CAM milling machine carves your custom crown from a ceramic block while you wait. The milling process takes 15-20 minutes.
High-quality ceramic ensures durability and a natural appearance that matches your tooth perfectly.
The monolithic design (single piece rather than layered) creates a crown stronger than traditional porcelain-fused-metal designs.

Step 4: Cementation
Dr. Raj Singh reviews the finished crown and makes final adjustments to ensure perfect fit and correct bite.
